III. Products and License Restrictions (DAL)

4. Digital Assets Sold (Instruments)

The use of digital products sold (brushes, kits, presets for Clip Studio Paint, Harmony, Procreate, etc.) is subject to strict licensing conditions.

• Licensing: Product Purchase means acceptance of the Digital Asset License (DAL) terms. The Purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license in accordance with the selected license configuration.
• Distribution Prohibition: Any form of unauthorized distribution, resale, sublicense, transfer, gift or inclusion of a product or parts thereof in other commercial or non-commercial products or services is expressly prohibited.
• Modification and Restrictions: Modified versions of brushes, presets and other tools can only be used by the buyer. Modified instruments may not be sold, distributed or transferred to third parties (Section 3 of the DAL).

5. Applicable Law

This Copyright Notice and the Product License and Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
