These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the www.katsumistore.com Site and all related services provided by LLC CVET, Armenia, Yerevan (the "Seller" or "Us").
By accessing, browsing or purchasing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy on the Account, Orders, Payments and Customer Support pages. If you do not agree to any provision, you may not use the Site or its services.
These Terms, as well as any disputes related to their interpretation and application, are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
The intellectual property rights granted under the Digital Asset License (DAL) are the personal rights of the author and are governed by the laws of Cyprus. This reflects the author's personal IP ownership independent of the commercial entity (LLC CVET, Armenia). Commercial transactions, payments, and any disputes arising from these Terms of Sale are governed exclusively by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to design, texts and trademarks, is owned by the Seller and is copyrighted as detailed in the Site's Copyright Notice.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or commercialize any part of the Site or content without Seller's express written permission.
The acquisition of a digital asset is the acquisition of a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, not the acquisition of ownership rights. Use of the Products is subject to the terms of the Digital Asset License (DAL).
The DAL license permits the use of products for personal and commercial projects as specified in your chosen license configuration (Basic License, Shared Use Rights, etc.).
Resale, sublicense, transfer, gift or unauthorized distribution of acquired digital assets, including their modified versions, is strictly prohibited.
All products are provided "AS IS." The seller makes no warranty that the products are fit for purpose or error free. The buyer is solely responsible for the use of the product.
Products are paid through third-party payment systems (Stripe, PayPal). All financial transactions and credit card information are processed directly by these providers. Merchant does not collect or store your confidential payment information.
Because digital products are intangible and cannot be returned after download, no refund is provided for digital assets purchased unless the product is inoperable or unusable and Seller is unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable time.
Before completing payment, the Buyer is presented with a separate, non-pre-selected checkbox requesting immediate delivery of the digital product. By checking this box, the Buyer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and explicitly acknowledges and agrees that, as a result, the Buyer waives any right of withdrawal or refund that might otherwise apply to the order, except as expressly provided in the "Return Policy" section above (product inoperable or unusable, and Seller unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable time).
This consent is recorded separately for each order together with the timestamp of confirmation and the exact text presented to the Buyer at that time. This record forms part of the Order data and is retained for the same period as other order-related information (see Privacy Policy, Section 4 — Data Retention Period).
An order cannot be canceled after the Seller has provided access to download a digital product or sent a unique license key (UIN/LN).
Digital products are delivered automatically by an unattended system immediately after payment is confirmed. The Seller maintains a redundant delivery path and real-time failure monitoring.
In the event of a delivery failure or delay caused by the automated mail system, third-party infrastructure, or any technical fault, the customer's sole and exclusive remedy is, at the customer's choice:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller (CVET LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a delay in automated delivery, including lost profits or project delays. This clause does not limit any right of refund or redelivery, nor any liability that cannot be excluded under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or the products purchased.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claim, loss, liability, liability or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation between you and the Seller.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of the Republic of Armenia at the location of the Seller.
Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms at any time. The updated terms and conditions become effective upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after posting changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Basic License establishes the main terms and conditions governing the use and distribution of products created under the Digital Asset initiative. The license promotes fair use and protects the rights of authors.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITIES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT.
This license is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by you of the terms of this license. Sections 4, 5, and 6 will remain in effect after termination of this License.
Custom one-off works sold to an organization are licensed under the Business License below, which restricts use to a single registered project (domain) rather than by number of users/devices.

This Business License establishes the terms governing the use of a custom digital asset created as a one-off work for a specific organization and a specific project. Unlike the Basic License, which limits use by the number of individual users and devices, this Business License limits use to the registered project (domain) stated above and to the design of that project.
The Licensor, acting on behalf of the Owner, grants the Licensee a non-transferable, perpetual license, effective from the Issue Date, to use and modify the Product for the design of the Registered Project, and to publish works created using the Product as part of that project, for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Derivative works may be created for use exclusively on the Registered Project. The Product is licensed, not sold; the Owner retains all intellectual property rights. Use on any other website, domain, or project (including relocation to a different domain) requires a separate license or written agreement with the Licensor.
The Product is a custom one-off work. For the term of this License, neither the Owner nor the Licensor will sell, license, or otherwise make the Product available to any third party. The Owner and the Licensor retain the right to display the Product and this transaction as a portfolio work sample as described in Section 5.
Use of the Product outside the Registered Project is prohibited without a separate agreement with the Licensor. Transfer or sublicensing of the Product, in original or modified form, to any party other than the Licensee is prohibited. The Licensee shall, where reasonably practicable, attribute authorship of the Product to the Owner. Violation of the terms of this License may result in its termination.
The Licensor may publicly display this transaction on the Platform's License page as a completed work sample, including the Licensee's organization name, legal address, tax/registration ID, the Registered Project URL, the License Number, and the full text of this License, as consented to by the Licensee at the time of purchase. The contract number, contract date, and the signed contract file are not published.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER OR THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITIES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT.
This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Commercial matters between the Licensor and the Licensee (payment, liability, and termination of the underlying transaction) are governed by the separate signed agreement referenced above and by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by the Licensee of the terms of this License. Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 will remain in effect after termination of this License.
