1. Data Collection and Processing

We collect and process personal data necessary to provide our services and fulfill obligations.

Special Note on Payment Data: All credit card and e-wallet transactions take place on secure pages of our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not receive or store your confidential financial information.

2. Email & Feedback Data

No Accounts, No Tracking

We do not create user accounts or profiles. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioural trackers.

What We Hold and Why

Feedback messages. When you contact us, we process your message and email address solely to respond. This processing rests on your consent, given by contacting us, and on the necessity of responding, as permitted by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data. These messages are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after receipt or our last reply, in line with the requirement that processing cease once its purpose is met.
Transaction records. To meet mandatory accounting and tax obligations under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, we retain records of completed purchases (order ID, amount, timestamp, proof of license delivery) for 5 years. These records contain no marketing profiles.

Where Data Is Processed

Our servers are hosted within the European Union (Germany), which is treated as an adequate jurisdiction for cross-border transfer under Armenian data-protection rules.

Your Rights (Email Data)

Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold, and may demand that processing cease. Supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Agency (PDPA) under the Ministry of Justice.

Security Note

Feedback messages are stored in plaintext at rest, protected by access controls and short retention. We do not sell or share this data.

3. Use of Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and analyze the use of the Site.

Mandatory Cookies: Necessary for the operation of the main functions of the Site, including the shopping cart.
Analytical Cookies: Used to collect anonymous information about how visitors use the Site, for statistics and to improve content.
Marketing Cookies: Marketing cookies, also known as tracking cookies, are used to track visitors across websites. Their goal is to display advertisements that are relevant and interesting to a particular user, which increases their value to publishers and third-party advertisers. We do not currently use marketing cookies on our Site. Future plans: We reserve the right to implement marketing cookies in the future to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and personalize content. Such services may include, but are not limited to, Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Facebook Pixel. If we use marketing cookies, we will update this Privacy Policy. In this case, you can opt out of using these files by configuring your browser settings or managing your preferences through the appropriate consent management tool on the Site.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

We may transfer your personal data to the following categories of third parties only in order to achieve these goals and in accordance with RA law:

Payment Systems: Stripe and PayPal for secure payment processing.
Analytical Service Providers: We do not currently use third-party analytical services. We may engage such providers in the future, in which case this Policy will be updated.
Service and Hosting Providers: Here we also use the category, but include the important functions that they perform.
State Bodies: In case of legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. ⏳ Data Retention Period

We store your personal data for the period required to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, including the purposes of compliance with the legal and accounting requirements of the Republic of Armenia.

Data related to the order is stored for 5 years.
Data collected via the feedback form shall be retained for 30 days after receipt or our last reply.

6. Your Rights (According to RA Law)

In accordance with the RA Law "On Personal Data Protection," you, as a data subject, have the right to:

Get information about your data processed by us.
Require correction, blocking or destruction of your data if it is inaccurate or processed illegally.
Withdraw consent to the processing of your data if the processing is based on consent.

Procedure for Consideration of Requests and Payment of Administrative Expenses

We undertake to consider your request within a reasonable time established by RA law, but not later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Processing your requests (including searching, analyzing, preparing and sending information) entails administrative costs. The data subject must first pay all administrative costs associated with processing his request before we proceed with its execution.

If you receive a request, we will calculate the preliminary cost of administrative expenses and notify you of this amount.
We will not process the request until we have received full payment for administrative expenses.
We reserve the right to refuse to process requests that are clearly unreasonable, malicious or aimed at creating an excessive administrative burden, in accordance with internal rules and RA legislation.
