What kind of products do you sell?

We sell digital creative assets: illustrations, graphics, design templates, and other downloadable files. All products are delivered electronically — no physical shipping.

Do I need to create an account?

No. KatsumiStore.com does not require registration. You only need a valid email address at checkout to receive your order confirmation and download link. See our Account Policy for details.

How do I receive my files after purchase?

A download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still have an issue, contact us via the Contact form.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through these providers.

What licenses are available?

Products are available under Personal or Commercial licenses. The license type is shown on each product page. Please read the License Guide before purchasing.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. See our Orders & Returns page for the full policy.
