Preamble
This basic license establishes the main terms and conditions governing the use and distribution of products created under the Digital Asset initiative. The license promotes fair use and protects the rights of authors.
1. Definitions
- Product: Digital Assets, including Animation Bases, Image Materials, Sets of products: Brushes + Images Materials, designed for use in Photoshop and ClipStudio Paint.
- Participant: An individual or organization purchasing the product and complying with the terms of this Licensing Configuration.
- Owners: Individuals or organizations who created the product and established the initial Licensing Configuration.
- Licensing Configuration: A combination of this Basic License and selected modules that define the specific conditions for this product.
- UIN (Unique Identification Number): A unique identification number assigned to each purchased product.
- LN (License Number): A common license number assigned to each set of products purchased by one user or organization.
- User / Creator: Each licensed user slot corresponds to one individual creator. The number of registered creators may not exceed the number of user slots purchased.
2. Grant of Rights
- Use and modify the Product, and distribute works created using the Product, for personal and commercial purposes on the number of devices and by the users selected during purchase. Transfer of the Product files to other devices or users without permission is prohibited.
- Create derivative works based on the Product for personal and commercial purposes on the number of devices and by the users selected during purchase.
- Modify the properties of brushes and other tools to adapt them to your needs, including setting parameters such as hardness or softness of the brushes. However, such modified tools cannot be sold or transferred on a commercial or non-commercial basis to other users.
3. Restrictions
- Copying and transferring the Product to devices and users exceeding those specified at the time of purchase is prohibited.
- Violation of the terms of this license may result in termination of the license.
- Modified tools cannot be sold or transferred to other users.
4. Warranties and Liability
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITIES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT.
5. Governing Law
This license is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
6. Termination
This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by you of the terms of this license. Sections 4, 5, and 6 will remain in effect after termination of this License.

Personal Use Rights
- Your creator name or pen name as registered must be officially stated in your creation / project.
- Products are for your own use only. Sharing with others is prohibited.
- Products can be used by you in any of your commercial or non-commercial work.
- Personal license covers 1 user (creator). If you need more creators, go back to cart and increase the number of users — 2 or more users activates Shared Use Rights.
- If you need additional devices or downloads, please contact the seller.
Shared Use Rights
- The creators registered during purchase are authorised to use this product. Their names or pen names must be mentioned in all creations and must match the names registered during purchase.
- The number of registered creators equals the number of user slots purchased.
- All registered contributors can use the products on the number of devices specified during purchase.
- If you require additional devices or users, please contact the seller.
Business Use Rights
- For businesses or teams needing more than 10 projects per creator, the license is prepared individually upon request. Please contact the seller directly before purchasing.
- All use must remain within the scope agreed at the time of purchase.
